maven-jaxb1-plugin new version 1.0-rc8 can attach to test sources

Hi,

I have just released the new version of the Jaxb-1.x plugin:
    groupid:org.jvnet.jaxb1.maven2
    artifactId:maven-jaxb1-plugin
    version:1.0-rc8

The reason for the new version is to add a new mojo param
'addToTestSources' that permits to attach the generated sources into
test instead of main compile-sources.

Minor build fixes were also included (site includes javadocs, fixed
'scm' element, etc).

Any feedback appreciated.
