The structure of the documents&files section were very confusing, so I
rearranged them.
- The presentations folder contains various past JAXB related presentations.
- The releases folder contain past releases of JAXB RI, including
EAs and FCSs. (I noticed that we were missing 1.0.5.)
- The weekly folder contains the weekly releases of 1.0.x and
2.0.x. New bits are generally pushed every Monday.
