Not sure if this is new or not, but in jaxb-ri-20050613 the link from
docs/index.html to the javadoc is:

<A href="../../docs/api/index.html">Javadoc API documentation
(javax.xml.bind.*)</A>

when I believe it should be

<A href="api/index.html">Javadoc API documentation (javax.xml.bind.*)</A>
