Actually the XML instance that I've posted was
generated by jaxb marsalling the classes based on the
posted XSD.
But thanks to google I found the
JAXB-INTEREST_at_JAVA.SUN.COM mailinglist. On this
mailinglist I found a message that is related to a
similar issue as ours. The URL to this message is

I would like to know if this issue is solved since
