Without looking at other schemas imported from your
"RegisterCustomerAccount.xsd", it's hard to tell, but it looks like the
first output is wrong. If it was produced from the RI, sounds like we
have a problem.
I wonder if you could send the whole schema and preferably a test case
that produces that output.
