Which version of RI are you using? I tried the 1.0 release and it worked
correctly, but when I tried beta, it shows the same error message. So I
suspect you are still using the beta.

If so, please upgrade to the latest 1.0 release, which is available as
a part of the Java Web Services Developer Pack 1.1, which can
be downloaded from:

        http://java.sun.com/webservices/webservicespack.html
