Hi Doug,

I can't confirm "mid-February", but things look excellent for our
initial target of Q1 CY2003, especially now that we've gotten
through the JCP voting process.

JAXB will have an entirely different license than what shipped
with the beta release. I have not seen it yet, but I expect it
to be very similar to the other JAX* licenses.
