Hi,
 recently I saw a confusion among users upon where are the latest maven
JAXB RI artifacts. As legacy java.net maven repository has been migrated
to nexus maven repository (maven.java.net) which syncs releases to
central maven repo, the released jaxb artifacts can be now found in
maven central. The old java.net legacy repository is still present but
is in read-only state. No updates/pushes will be made to this
reposiotry. Some info about the migration can be found at [1].

The latest snapshot builds are in nexus snapshot repository:
 https://maven.java.net/content/repositories/snapshots/javax/xml/bind/jaxb-api/
 https://maven.java.net/content/repositories/snapshots/com/sun/xml/bind/
