Yes, the submitter of the patch is in a legal limbo wrt SCA. He said he
didn't care too much about the credit of the patch, but unfortunately
lawyers on the both sides make it hard for us to just get the fix in.
If you have a patch, and can sign SCA for us, then we are ready to
commit the change very quickly. I don't think he minds that either.
Please feel free to attach a patch to the issue, take a look at
https://glassfish.dev.java.net/public/GovernancePolicy.html#SCA_Policy
and send/FAX it to us, and let me know.
