Tis done. JAXB 2.1.x uses FI 1.2.x. If certain interfaces are not
present on the FI parser/serializers then JAXB falls back to the
non-optimal mode.

I created a new FI job in hudson, but for some reason it is not getting
started and the original FI job gets started instead.
