I have posted the following issue on the jax-ws forum and there has been
no replies for several days:

I am posting here in case the mailing list is monitored more routinely
by jax-ws team.

I would appreciate some guidance on how to resolve or workaround this issue.
Note that I have posted a simple reproducable testcase. Thanks for your
