Oh, I thought the schema is inlined your wsdl.
If the schema is imported, do as you customize a normal schema using
jaxb customization. Just pass the jaxb customization file to wsimport
along with jaxws customization file if any.
See external-customize sample in JAX-WS RI bundle for an example.
