Currently there are no plans. There have been other requests for
supporting RPC/Encoded support. We will will consider it in the next
version of JAXWS to see what we can do.

As I mentioned above, we have seen some users asking for it. However,
the push is to move to document centric approach - such as
Document/Literal style. Is this the effort on migrating to doc/lit style
or you think it doesnt quite address your need served by soap encoding?
