I cannot recall the exact details. It could be simply that
AbstractHeaderImpl was not there when StreamHeader was implemented, or i
was not aware of it (probably the latter!).

BTW StreamHeader will override a most of the methods of
AbstractHeaderImpl i.e. there are faster implementations to get access
to the SOAP attributes of mustUnderstand/role/relay.

However, i do not see why it cannot inherit from AbstractHeaderImpl for
consistency. I have modified the code to do this for JAX-WS 2.1.
