Hi Jitu,

as I understand it, it seems that current implementation of JAX-WS does
not require threadsafe instances of PipelineAssebler. But does it mean
that in general JAX-WS does not place any such threading-related
restrictions on implementation of PipelineAssembler (e.g. for some
intended performance improvement reasons - caching, reuse, exploiting
reentrant behaviour etc.)?
