Okay, I was able to get the wsimport to work if I did the following:
  1. Install b92 of Mustang
2. Use only jaxws-tools from JWSDP 2.0
I am guessing in later build of Mustang when JAX-WS classes package was changed that JAXB was working in Mustang but not the distribution provided and used in JWSDP 2.0 and now 2.0.1.
I am thinking it has to do with introspection/reflection and arrays.

Has anyone gotten apt to work with the distribtion of Mustang? I get errors regarding Execute method not being public. I am trying to use Mustang to do Web Service builds. I know I need the JAX-WS 2.0 or 2.0.1 for the runtime of my server since the code for httpservlet support is only found there.
