Hi,

Kohsuke, thanks for kick starting the StreamWriterBufferCreator
implementation. It helped me complete the Base64 tests.

I added a roundtrip test script for the
StreamWriterBufferCreator/Processor and fixed a couple of bugs in the
writers so that all the XML documents i have tested with pass the
roundtrip tests.

Santiago, you should be able to use XMLStreamBuffer to write to an
XMLStreamWriter now.
