It has been proposed that the namespace used in the sun-jaxws.xml file
be changed from:
http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/jax-ws/ri/runtime
to
http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/jaxws/ri/runtime

This would bring the namespace more inline with the namespace used in
the JAX-WS customizations as specified by the spec.
The spec's namespace is:
http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/jaxws
