Frankly, I haven’t thought much about how to move this forward. Perhaps it should be an independent project and be designed in such a way that it can be used with more than one Rx library. For example, declarative handlers could be parameterized on CompletableFuture, Observable, etc.
It’s going to be difficult for me to find cycles to work on this, though. Are you interested in starting such a project?
