Feature allows you to configure and register filters, interceptors and
providers, correct? Shouldn't components managed by/triggered by a
Feature *not* be scanned? I was thinking you could avoid this problem
by not annotating these classes with @Provider. In other words,
@Provider makes a component a candidate for scanning. If you don't
specify it, the component will not be scanned.
Or, just add a flag to @Provider(scannable=true).
