I'd like to retract a bit of my rant. For some reason, I thought there
were 3 interfaces, but there's only 2: Configured and RuntimeConfig. I
still think one interface would be better, but I'd like to at least
suggest a naming for these classes:
RuntimeConfig -> Configuration
Configured -> Configurable
