This is probably a problem with your web.xml. Can you post it so we can have a look?

how to configure file setting for web services...(web.xml, config.xml, jax-rpc.xml,...etc, build.properties)...
when i change code....
and i have error when display web services in internet explorer..
http://localhost:8080/hello/hello
http error 405 resource not allowed.............
