It looks like there are message on this list stating that you can't
set a timeout for jaxrpc in wsdp 1.1. I'm using 1.5 and wondering if
this feature has been added yet. If not, does anyone know of any
workarounds? I have a client that has to timeout after a short time,
and I would also like to be able to set the retry count.
