Re: smaller size possible?

Hi,

J2EE 1.4 shipped late last year, and JWSDP 1.4 shipped around 2 weeks
ago. We
have added new features to the one we are shipping in JWSDP 1.4, along
with bugfixes,
that is the reason you are seeing a bump in the version.

If you want, you can use SJSAS 8.0 PE (based on J2EE 1.4 specification)
as a container
for JWSDP 1.4 and use new JAX-RPC bits with Sun's J2EE 1.4 based
Application Server.
SJSAS 8.0 PE is available for free download from Sun's website, JWSDP
installer can guide
you thru the process for downloading the SJSAS 8.0 PE.
