However, a quick look at the error and your client program suggests that the
soapAction uri is set incorrectly-
Looking at your wsdl I see soapAction -
soapAction='
http://tempuri.org/action/clsDNMsg.UpdateDNStatus'
Try setting the soapAction uri to this instead of null-
