Sorry.
I assumed that it was trying to load the exception because it wanted to
throw it.

 From the tutorial, it is hard to figure out exactly what JARs are needed.
I'm just trying to do JAX-RPC, and (I think) I ended up using everything
from:

    common/lib/
    jwsdp-shared/lib/

    jaxp/lib/
    jaxp/lib/endorsed/

    saaj/lib/
    jaxrpc/lib/

Is this correct?
Is there any documentation anywhere on what support libraries each
technology requires?
