Hi Sudhir,

xmlns:SOAP-ENC is only defining a new namespace prefix for your SOAP
envelope. To correctly specify the encoding style, you need to add
SOAP-ENV:encodingStyle="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/" to
the SOAP envelope.
