I don't know of any SOAP implementation that supports doc/encoded. It really
doesn't make sense. With document style you are sending an XML element (the
WSDL message must reference an element rather than a type), so it doesn't
make sense to use the SOAP encoding data model to construct the message. The
schema definition defines the element structure.
