The proper mailing list for these questions is users_at_jax-rpc.dev.java.net.
There might be something wrong with the WSLD returned from
http://localhost/takserver/acquisition.asmx?WSDL. First make sure that URL is
correct. Then download that wsdl to a local file and try to access it there.
