Q: should the spec mention the introduction of new XML elements, such
as partial-view-context-factory (under factroy/ node) ?
Or is it sufficient to just mention it in the not (easily) readable
XML schema section of the spec ... ?
(I guess most folks ignore that part ... :-) )
