Looks like in the JDev-Design-Time, I am not
able to reproduce it;
I guess we might just log a warning that the app couldn't init "correct",
in case
ApplicationFactory factory = (ApplicationFactory)
FactoryFinder.getFactory(FactoryFinder.APPLICATION_FACTORY);
Application application = factory.getApplication();
throws any exception.
