Hey All,

Please don't worry about this branch for the time being.
Since the spec will be numbered 1.2MR1, it seems easier
to continue with the 1.2_xx series with 1.2_03 being the
first release to support it.

Once we start on the 2.0 specification, JSF_1_2_ROLLING
will come back into play, but for now, all 1.2 work in on
the HEAD.
