Hi Arjan,

not sure if it makes a difference with the lock-down: This is not about new
functionality but about fixing a bug in the spec.

As is the spec forbids resources like this (path separator in resourceName):
<h:outputScript library="primefaces" name="jquery/jquery.js" />
