It should definitely be configureable for "expert mode" so that those
warnings are even in development mode not shown when a webapp uses
custom/special renderers which adds support for custom/special attributes,
such as "placeholder" attribute for h:inputText, h:inputTextArea and so on
which is currently not supported by JSF2, but is supported by HTML5. Those
warnings would otherwise have been annoying.
