Hi all,

We are now really close to the finish line on JSF 2.3.

The RI itself is now complete.

So the 2.3 branch is now going into lock down!

That means no more commits to the MOJARRA_2_3X_ROLLING branch until
2.3.0 has been released.

Note if you have any issues that need to be forwarded ported between now
and the 2.3.0 release,
please create a separate branch so you can more easily merge those
issues back into the
MOJARRA_2_3X_ROLLING branch once it is open for business again.
