Hello Volunteers,
It would be a shame to pass up the opportunity for an EG meeting when
several of us will be at CONFESS in Vienna next week. We should meet as
early as possible on the first day of the show, Tuesday 14 April 2015.
The schedule is full, but using the guiding principles of "which time
slots have the sessions that EG members would be most willing to skip"
and "which time slots are the most friendly to Manfred Riem in the USA"
I have come up with two potential timeslots on Tuesday 14 April 2015,
listed in decreasing order of preference:
17:00 Vienna / 10:00 St. Louis (USA CDT)
15:00 Vienna / 08:00 St. Louis (USA CDT)
Please let me know which slot would be preferred.
I'll talk to Dragan Sekerovic to see if we can get a conference room.
