Hello Volunteers,

We recently switched to JCP 2.8. Now I'm suggesting we move to 2.9.
The only difference between the two is that 2.9 acknowledges the Java SE
and Java ME Executive Committees have been merged into one Java SE
Executive Comittee.

ACTION: If you oppose this please let me know by 17:00 GMT-5 Thursday,
otherwise I'll consider it done and notify the JCP Program Management
Office.
