Thanks a lot for the information. I would like to be listed as supporter,
especially since I'm very involved in some of the "Model" JSRs like 354 or
363 that likely cater to applications using this new JSR and others.

One thing I was wondering about the scope, is it really just strictly for
Java EE or (similar to CDI 2.0, which one has to add is the 3rd major JSR
on that side now[?]) could it benefit other UI frameworks like JavaFX (seems
a natural fit) or maybe others including Swing, SWT,... too?

Actually 2.2 doesn't exclude SE, and while the original CDI proposal said
"...for Java EE", the latest CDI version (this JSR likely shall work with[?])
JSR 365 is called "Contexts and Dependency Injection for Java(TM) 2.0" so
couldn't the description simply say "..., a model-view-controller
specification for Java(TM)"[?]

Thanks and Regards,
