I assume, this is the final version of the Java EE 7 JavaDoc:

Going through the license footers in discussions on the Spec content and
which license applies to JavaDoc I referred to it once or twice and just
now it occurred to me, there's a bug or outdated content in the license
document[?]

Status: Early Draft Review

Now please follow up on that if the entire spec license document must
change based on the status, but at the very least the status must say
"Final" not "Early Draft Review" which is at least 2 stages older than it
should[?]
