Hi All,

Great news. I’m glad to be part of the Java EE 8 adventure. I’ve been using Java EE since version 5 and java since 1998.
Working for Red Hat, I’m co-spec lead on CDI 2.0 specification. I’m hopping that with version 8 we’ll be able to have a more consistent developper experience and a more unified programming model across the platform. Modularity is also one of my concerns for this version.

Antoine
