I've just uploaded new drafts of the Java EE and Web Profile specifications
to
http://java.net/projects/javaee-spec/downloads.
The Platform spec contains updates to reflect the inclusion of JSR 236
and its related requirements; clarifications to requirements related
to the permissions.xml file; updates to reflect the new XML name
spaces; changes made by component specifications such as JMS and
Connector; and other clarifications as enumerated in the appendix.
Changes to the Web Profile document were only editorial.
The changebars reflect all changes since the Public Draft documents.
We would like to submit these drafts to the JCP early next week as
Proposed Final Draft specification documents for JSR 342.
Please review carefully. If there is any reason you think we should not
submit these drafts to the JCP, please let us know.
