Application isolation is a good point. Right now (EE5/6) sometimes the only
way to get a web application using particular APIs or implementations (i.E.
Hibernate) to work is by putting it into an EAR. I doubt, EE6 has
significantly changed that, but as we use WebLogic mostly I can't say that,
as even WLS11 is not fully EE6 compatible yet[?]
Glassfish may behave better on that in some areas, but allowing this kind of
safety for EVERY container would be very beneficial.
