    Sorry I haven't responded sooner re: the JSR adoption, as I'm don't
    yet understand what that entails from the spec lead's POV.

    

    Regarding schedule, I've established the following milestones:

    2017-02-20 - EDR Public Review Start

      

      2017-03-24 - EDR Public Review End

      2017-03-27 - PR Ballot Start

      

      2017-04-10 - PR Ballot End

      

      2017-05-01 - Final Draft Review Start

      2017-05-30 - Final Draft Review End

      

      2017-06-01 - Final Approval Ballot Start

      2017-06-15 - Final Approval Ballot End
