In general I really like to see the following for the document:

1. Put the simplest possible IdentityStore interface front center
2. Explain how an application can configure a particular Identity
Store for a particular Authentication Mechanism
3. More clear separation between rules for the provided standard
identity store implementations and for free form custom
implementations
