True. But IMHO both cases should not be ignored.
There are situations where there never is a server installation within
a larger enterprise. Some applications were designed to be small and
remain small and highly specialized.
And then there are installations where being able to be administered
and integrated into a larger enterprise setting is the primary
requirement.
Java EE should support both cases.
