Glad to see the progress and eager to get a handle on the high level scope
and plans.

One process question, it would seem to be extremely hard to do a JSR
iteratively - like pick off a small chunk and publish around that and then
take the next one and publish that. Is that a culture, tool, legal, or
other challenge that we can overcome or do we need to find a relatively
comprehensive initial scope and execute against that?

I'm flexible about where we document everything and how we discuss,
provided that we put up a single simple page somewhere that outlines it so
I can remember. :)
