I just set the version of Soteria to 1.0-m01, see

Being just a milestone, this hasn't been specifically tuned or polished,
but it does contain a certain amount of base level functionality in a
fairly workable state.
I also signed-up for bintray. My user-name is arjan-tijms, email
arjan.tijms_at_gmail.com
Werner, was it the idea that via bintray you can publish both API and Impl
artefacts to Maven central, or first to bintray's own repositories?
