Have never been to JavaZone actually. Might be a good place to practice a JavaOne talk :)

Definitely I'd love to see us pair up and present as much as possible this year. Have some material we all share.

I think we're going to need to continuously take the temperature of people to see how we're doing, get the most feedback possible, get people to participate.
