Hi,
I updated the java.net project page to include a table of Epics:

I created the first Epic, Terminology, since we seem to have consensus
that we need to clarify terminology. The Epic contains JIRAs 1,2, and 3,
which pertain to terminology. The Epic is also linked to the Google doc
we are preparing, which will serve as a spec draft for this Epic.
As we define this JSR, I expect to add more Epics corresponding to
Security API areas we want to address.
This project page will serve as an overall status, and launch point, for
the work we are doing.
