Max Post Size Limitation exceeded, should be reported as HTTP 413

Hi everyone,

When an incoming request exceeds the configured maxPostSize, grizzly
aborts the request with HTTP 400.
Would it make sense to report this as HTTP 413 Payload Too Large?
